The Ultimate Homeschool Workshop

Day One - Discovery Day

This first day of a three day intensive workshop, has FIVE SESSIONS and is about setting your foundations - your principles, your goals, understanding the logistics of home education so you can leverage them before you buy any curriculum or sign up for any program.  Or you can leverage these basics to reset your homeschool.  Includes ideas and strategies for motivation and balance.  

The Ultimate Homeschool Workshop is a 15-hour intensive course on EVERYTHING homeschooling. For July, we are giving you FREE access* to ALL FIVE sessions from DAY ONE of the Ultimate Homeschool Workshop to help you set foundations and goals!

Record keeping is an important principle to learn right away, before you waste time on trying to replicate public school.  Learn very specific verbiage and how to decipher what you are being asked to report.  Discover why high school planning starts in 1st grade and how to leverage records all the way thru - particularly if your child is working ahead or behind on some subjects.

Day Two - Truth and Strategy

Day two is about discovering how to customize education for each family on an individual basis – the benefits and steps to reverse engineer any curriculum.  We will talk about special needs, and many strategies to help.  You will learn how to incorporate tools outside the home such as field trips, socialization, group activities, and more. We'll reveal the secrets behind grade levels and why you should rethink them. Explore techniques and strategies for utilizing one-room schoolhouse approaches in a modern home.

  • Session 2 - The Big S Word (socialization and outside activities)
  • Session 3 - Ditching Grade Levels

Day Three - Finishing Well

Day three is about following through on the end goal – we start with simplifying the process of what needs to be taught and when.  Then move on to finishing high school and on to college and beyond. Whether it's military, running a business, college, or whatever - there is critical information you will not want to overlook or delay.  This day also includes steps to volunteering and community services, internships and entrepreneurial ventures, and a thorough introduction to the high school transcript.

What we cover in Day Three:

  • Session 1 - Teaching mastery in math and language arts all the way through
  • Session 2 - Integrating all the other subjects
  • Session 3 - College planning, what are the changes? Leveraging early college.
  • Session 4 - Extracurricular service, internships, entrepreneurial ideas, special needs high school
  • Session 5 - The final transcript and intro to course titling

How the Monthly Theme Works:

Each month in 2023 is a different theme, with video training to coordinate the theme.  We also feature a guest speaker who has experience in that area of teaching mastery.  The guest speaker joins us LIVE and ONLINE in a Zoom meeting, which is highly interactive and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and engage.  Anyone can attend the live session without membership, just register HERE.  After the live session, the replay is placed on the theme page.  Replays are for members only (choose the Free, Lite, or Premium membership).   Access to themed content is valid thru the end of the theme's month for Free and Lite members (Premium members have unlimited access).

Theme Content
